Term and Conditions
If you are buying products from Essential Packaging Inc for resale, your purchases may qualify as BC - PST exempt. In order for Essential Packaging Inc to process your invoices correctly, with BC - PST exemption one of the following is required
- PST Registration Number for your business
- Copy of BC - PST Exemption Certificate
- All pricing is in Canadian funds and subject to change without notice due to manufacturers' increases and currency changes.
- Freight - F.O.B. our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia
Local Pick Up or Shipping
- LOCAL PICK UP - *Pick up orders may take up to 48 hours to process during peak seasons. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
- SHIP TO PROVIDED ADDRESS - *Shipping charges are calculated at time of check out. For some rural areas or addresses outside of Canada we will contact you directly with shipping charges. Payment will be required prior to shipping.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our shipping partners. Essential Packaging Inc reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover the actual fees vary considerably from those calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any cost changes and have to ability to approve them before your order is shipped.
Forms of Payment
- We accept Visa and Mastercard online and in store. Debit and Cash are also accepted in our retail store.
- No C.O.D orders
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken on all custom orders, plates and artwork charges are to be paid in full prior to printing.
- All artwork and printing plate(s) are extra.
- All special order items are to be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Claims & Returns
- All goods should be checked promptly on arrival.
- No returns shall be accepted unless prior authorization has been received.
- Once approval has been made, goods are to be returned freight prepaid.
- Claims will be considered within 10 days from your order having been received.
- Only full units of any product will be accepted, in its original packaging or carton.
- We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned goods.
- We do not accept returns on custom printed, custom made, special order merchandise, seasonal or discontinued items.
- You MUST notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of any damaged items received.
- You MUST inspect your order for any damage prior to signing for the delivery.
- You MUST indicate any damage on delivery paperwork.
- You MUST sign for it as damaged and notify us immediately.
- If your order is damaged and no claim has been reported within 24 hours, the carrier will not honour your claim for the damaged items.
- All products are measured in inches.
- Important note regarding colour and how accurate our colour swatches are on our website: Monitors vary greatly in how they display colours. We have done our best to represent our colours accurately, but what you see on your screen may not be identical to the actual product as colour representation can vary greatly from one screen to another.
- If colour matching is critical to your needs please request an actual sample or visit our store.
- We strongly recommend that you do not use the digital image of a colour to determine the actual colour of any of our products. Please feel free to call us if you are unsure about our colours.
